Nonpareil- medium sized nut with outstanding flavor. Paper thin shell. Needs another variety for pollination. 

Texas mission- hard shell nut with sweet flavor. Self fertile but does better with another variety to cross pollinate with. Tolerates poor soil and is drought tolerant
