🌿 Return & Refund Policy

Because plants are living things, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds except in the following cases:

✨ Online Orders (Shipped Plants)

We guarantee your plant will arrive happy and healthy. If your plant arrives damaged, you must:

  • Contact us on the same day of delivery

  • Include clear unboxing photos or video

If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on availability.

🪴 In-Store Purchases

If a plant purchased in-store is found to have pests or disease, we’ll gladly accept a return or exchange within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

After 7 days, all plant sales are final.
