- Watering: Requires low-mineral water (under 50 PPM) such as distilled water or clean rain water. Keep the pot sitting in a shallow tray of water to ensure the soil remains consistently wet.
- Soil: Plant in a nutrient-free, acidic mix of 50/50 peat moss and perlite, or pure sphagnum moss.
- Temperature & Dormancy: USDA Zones 5-9. They require a cold winter dormancy to reset and thrive year after year.
